Emmanuel is located on Princess Anne Rd near the intersection where Witchduck Rd becomes Kempsville Road.Coming from Rt 264, take the Witchduck Rd exit and turn left when you come off of the ramp. (Interestingly it doesn't matter if you are coming from the East or West, both are left turns.) Then follow Witchduck Rd to the intersection of Princess Anne Rd. At the light, turn right and immediately get into the left turn lane. Turn left into the church parking lot.
